Board of Directors – Members at Large

The Board of Directors shall have Two Members at Large. The objective of these positions is to assist the Officers of the Association in carrying out their duties in directing the business of OMRRA. He/she will be responsible for over seeing the Key Appointed positions and Committees within the Association. They will work with the appointed volunteers and committees to ensure that their duties are being carried out in a timely and effective manner. They will be responsible for providing deadlines, reports to the Board and the managing of any conflicts or disputes within the positions. This is to ensure that the very important business of the Association is carried out.
