Minors (Under 18)

All minors must complete the general membership and medical forms, as well as the parental consent and waivers below.  Parents or guardians should contact OMRRA before the intended race round to ensure all required paperwork is completed. Board approval may be required.

• Parental Consent Form (must have one signed copy from EACH parent, one time per year)
• Minor Waiver Form (must be completed at each round)

Visiting Racers

All licensed racers wishing to participate in an OMRRA event must complete Membership and Licensing Event on MSR to receive a free reciprocal race license, as well as the medical form.
