Rules Committee dates:
- Meetings Thursdays through 11/8/18. Five meetings total. Four if we can manage it.
- Proposals published to the club and Board in total by 11/15.
- Ballot developed including pro-con statements by 11/31.
- Board meeting for approval of all sections 12/6.
- Voting period 12/10-12/21.
