Contigency - How does it work?

How does the whole contingency thing work? How do you collect your contingency winnings? Is there a form you need to fill out, fax in, rubber stamb, or, ...?

Does it take long for the clubs to submit the results? I'm new to the whole contingency thing, so if this is the norm, that's all I need to know. :)

She is extremely efficient.

Don't forget that we must wait at least a week to finalize our results before making them official (7 days for results protests) and then the Statistician has to finalize, then April has to submit them.

That said, I have been sending 2, sometimes 3, copies to the contingency companies in the past 6 years - they have a tendency to lose paperwork. (I can only imagine the amount that goes over their desk, so I am NOT dissing them!)
